Speakers at a water-storage workshop in Sacramento last week discussed the state's current water system and how it will support reliable future supplies. Jay Lund, director of UC Davis' Center for Watershed Sciences, says that data will do little to change future supply conditions. "You have to have technical capability, but the data must be delivered to receptive decisionmakers," Lund said
