Blum Center Summer Fellows Award

The UC Davis Blum Center for Developing Economies is providing grants to undergraduate and graduate students for service projects or research aimed at addressing poverty issues, both domestically and in developing countries.

Two grant programs are offered: Poverty Alleviation through Action (PATA) and Poverty Alleviation through Sustainable Solutions (PASS).  The PATA grants program offers partial funding to undergraduate students to pursue fieldwork on poverty alleviation and/or inequality. Applications are due February 28, 2017. The PASS grants program offers seed funding to graduate students for innovative, practical, and tangible solutions for reducing poverty around the globe.  Applications are due March 31, 2017.
